We reserved a truck online. The hours of operation for the business were posted online and on the building. We arrived ten minutes before closing and the person working would not help us. He was visibly upset that we were requesting assistance and was extremely rude. We left without a truck If you value good customer service, and don’t want to waste your time having to deal with rude people, then don’t go here!

Terrible experience today at Sentry. I was told to drop off my uhaul at this location, the woman owner was rude, said she couldn't take my trailer, I should take it somewhere else. She was talking to a friend on the phone, ripped my contract paperwork out of my hand and wrote Marine Supply Pro on the back. Then she walked passed me, opened the door and said "You can leave now, I don't need your two dollars!".All the while there were two large aggressive German Shepards in the office that barked at me.Rude, terrible customer service, aggressive environment that smelled like dirty dogs!Don't go here!Go to Marine Supply Pro instead!!!

Please do not try to do buisness here, save yourself. We rented a trailer for three days my hubby brought it back on the second day they still charged us for three days. When we realized this I asked if we can come get it and use it for the rest of today since they charged us an I said I really hope you can work with us my hubby didn’t realize I wasent done with the trailer an he’s heading up there to talk to you. She said no I’ll have to charge you for another day.. I said really you can’t make this right. I don’t want to give a bad review. I was very nice about it. And then she told me I was threatening her! And when my hubby got there, he was going to pay for another day and she told him to leave that I had threatened her with a bad review and she was no longer going to do buisness with us. Wow! No customer service! We will report them to uhaul also because I rented a storage unit here an I told him I needed outside storage. He signed me up for a ten by ten ran my card an then directed me to a unit that had a hall an a inside entrance only. So crazy I had to ask for a refund rt then an there he said it would refund immediately, it took ten days and four phone calls to get my money back.

Rented a new Ford Cargo van to get my daughter ready for ASU and I was very pleased with the van. The staff was very nice and made certain I knew the terms of my rental. The van gave me no issuses, rode well and was excellent on fuel, and was clean. I was so pleased with the van and the care that was given to me when I returned the van, I cleaned it inside and out and retuened it better condition than when I rented it. (I believe in returning things better than you borrowed them).The entire rental process was smooth and with the return. Any questions were answered about my journey and they loved the cleaniness of the equipment.I will rent again and hands down will not go nowhere else.!Very professional and caring staff.!C.- Bolivia

I can say enough good things about the folks at Sentry Storage. Went above and beyond assisting us with a trailer and 26 foot truck rental. We also rented a climate control storage unit. The building and unit were clean and temperature was well maintained

We can’t say enough good about Sentry storage! With no garage, we are/will be long time renters starting in 2019. And we have returned several uhauls with them for us and others. There are no nicer people to deal with! Sven, Kate and Annie are awesome!!
