Terrible place. Do not go there. They flow tou around like you are a thief and they are extremely rude. I would give them a negative 10 it is THAT BAD. False aberriizment and no refunds when their prices are wrong. Terrible terrible terrible!

Not kid friendly, employees kept following us around and didn’t like the kids touching anything. We were the only ones in the store and one employee came up and pushed my kids away from the table. Never once asking for help or offering anything. They don’t seem to care that anyone purchases anything. I don’t like being treated like I’m going to steal something.

If I could give zero stars I would. 2 Asian ladies that work here followed me around the store starring at me the entire time like I am a thief which I MOST CERTAINLY AM NOT. Very rude and unprofessional. If you're that obsessed with white women in your store maybe you shouldn't be open. The store was full and I didn't see them stalking anyone else. Will NEVER return and will make it known how you are.

Today as I shopped at this store, the manager, Juanita, was very helpful. She assisted me in the swimwear section and was most helpful. The store has a lot of nice things to look at. Thank you for a nice experience. ?

I was shopping here a couple days ago, and I needed a new hat. I had purchased a black cowboy hat with the draw sting, I wore it for two days and now it's completely messed up, i did not personally damage it in any way since I got it. The hat is VERY poor quality and honestly it's not the first time I went here and got an item that would be broken within a week. I don't want to come back here, upgrade the material or something, u can't order cheap shit and sell it for 20 bucks and it be screwed up within a week.....I'm very disappointed

A store filled with souvenirs, tchotchkes and beachwear. Most of this souvenir type stuff is cheap "China" made products and things you would likely find in "dollar stores". They do have a nice large selection of beachwear items at reasonable prices. I wouldn't expect this stuff to last more than a season or two but for the prices on most things, it isn't really an issue. Also just be forewarned, they do not offer refunds on any merchandise. There are also plenty of other type stores in and around Oak Island area some with a little better prices.

Cashier was very rude There was a sale 2 for $20 t-shirts I went to purchase them and my total was over $30 So I told her they're supposed to be 2 for $20 and pointed to the sign She told me that they're not and if I looked I would've looked at the tag I would see that they're 2 for $30 So I asked about the sign and she just told me they were $33 the other people in line had the same issues as well

Came here with my 3 year old daughter to buy some souvenirs from our trip to Oak Island. We were followed and watched by an employee who came from behind the counter as soon as we walked in and maintained a distance of 5-10 feet away trailing behind us everywhere we walked the entire time we were in the store. It was uncomfortable, embarrassing, and unprofessional. If this wasn’t the only big name souvenir shop in the whole town we would have just walked out. My advice- spare yourself the discrimination and disrespect and forego this store completely. I realized later there are some locally owned smaller souvenir shops who probably treat their patrons with dignity and respect.
