Island bikes does not seem to support the cycling public that works on their own bikes. They would not sell me a spoke to fix my wife’s bike, but offered to do the work. I’ll never spend another dime at this place.

My daughter’s wheelchair-cruiser e-bike hybrid got a flat on our 2nd day of vacation. The WONDERFUL folks at Island figured out how to change the tube and tire, FYI it’s not easy and took 5 hands to get the wheel off, and got us back in the road, even in a tropical storm! Their willingness to work on this bike literally made my daughter’s week. Their work is only surpassed by their hearts. Thanks!

Went to by a mirror for a bike had it in stock was very helpful….. as I was pulling in my car overheated and they helped me with that on top of the mirror. Great customer service wouldn’t go anywhere else for my bicycle needs. Thank you for all the help!

We came in Saturday afternoon with 2 flat tires - the team was super friendly and they were able to accommodate us before closing. Very affordable too!
