great prices but finding one open past 5pm is hard these days.

Typically I like this store and like the employees but what I don't understand about most of the stories in this is that several of them close randomly and early very often. Some won't even take cash for the last hour so they don't have to count their drawers. How do the owners and managers find this to be acceptable?
