A very nice clean store and nice to have in the Southport area. There is always a nice variety of different things. Katie, the manager, is very nice and always so extremely helpful. Today the cashier, Kris, went above and beyond to help me with a new Big Lots card as mine was damaged on the back. She was very helpful and courteous; as all the cashiers have been each time I check out. Thank You!

There was a package on the shelf, bed sheets, and the package was missing everything but the fitted sheet. That was all I needed anyways so I took it to the register to see if they could mark it down. Lol they said they couldn't mark it down and was going to charge $35 for an item that was missing 3 of 4 pieces. No thanks.
