“My daughter’s wheelchair-cruiser e-bike hybrid got a flat on our 2nd day of vacation. The WONDERFUL folks at Island figured out how to change the tube and tire, FYI it’s not easy and took 5 hands to get the wheel off, and got us back in the road, even in a tropical storm! Their willingness to work on this bike literally made my daughter’s week. Their work is only surpassed by their hearts. Thanks!”
