Promised to open the pool by first weekend in May, then by mid May, then by Memorial weekend. Phone calls and texts Memorial weekend when we showed up without a working pool were not returned. Told us by messenger (another pool guy) that he just would not be able to get to us. Really unbelievable how irresponsible this business is.

Simply the best pool and spa service available on the Outer Banks. We have used three other services in the last five years and Barefoot is hands down #1. Responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Glad we found you Barefoot!

We have been working with Barefoot Pool for over three years now. We know we can count on them to be there when a problem arises and we know we can count on them for their regular service. We have had no issues to date with their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for pool and spa service.

Chris has been maintaining my pool for over 10 years. When he started his own company several years ago, we immediately went with him. He's honest, reliable, and very reasonable. Best of all is he does excellent work. Highly recommend Barefoot Pool Service to anyone in the Outer Banks.

We have been using Chris since we built our vacation home in Corolla over 11 years ago. He is super friendly and helpful and always happy to answer any questions. More importantly he does a fantastic job, so much so, that when he opened his own company a few years ago, we went with him.
Not only does he keep our pool and hot tub looking great, he is able to do repairs on the pool system to keep it running smoothly. He goes above and beyond when he knows that we have extra guests. During those periods he makes sure the pool and hot tub stay clean and sanitary with the extra people using them.
He has always been very responsive to any pool or hot tub emergency we’ve had and he watches out for anything out of the ordinary when we aren’t in town.
My husband and I would definitely recommend Chris for pool services.

We chose Chris to maintain our pool when we installed it 4 years ago. We have been very pleased with his service. Our pool is always sparkling clean. He is professional, dependable, trustworthy, and has an excellent work ethic. He responds very quickly if our pool needs a storm clean-up or repair work. Barefoot Pool Service is the best!

This guy is incredible. Great service, timely, keeps pool and all equipment in exceptional shape. Gets on top of problems while they are small. Goes the extra mile (or 2) to make sure all is taken care of. Very knowledgeable, personable, and great with guests staying at the house.
