Beautiful home full of some very interesting history. My daughter & I were in Southern Pines shopping & she took me to the Weymouth Home because she knows that I love history & touring old(er) homes. We weren’t able to stay long & see this one due to we had my granddaughter w/us & they had some writers working at the house that day. But what I did get to see of the home — it was just beautiful

This place is peaceful and beautiful. We were married in the gardens here and it’s the first place we walked the dog when we moved to town. Holds a specials place in our hearts. They have many events here throughout the year and is also an important literary location in NC. Writers hall of fame of nc maybe?
