Try to get help for an appointment they said I had to do it online my phone will not let me go online must have been mixed up on your website so I downloaded a mobile app it still won't let me make an appointment I called and the man said a customer service I could talk to them about my business but they had such a bad connection I couldn't understand what he was saying it can't be this hard to run a bank

Was greeting as I entered building, was coming in to use the notary services and I waited less then 5 minutes. Would recommend to friends and family.

Not just this branch but Wells Fargo in general is very disappointing. Only 1 banker per branch that can open a joint savings account and they are booked for 2 weeks out. There's an option to open an account through online banking, butt it says you must visit a branch and no where does it suggest setting up an appointment for this. What a waste of fuel and time

Do not go to this bank if you value banking service. My residence is in Southern Pines, NC. About two years ago, there were three branch banks in this location. Since, one was permanently closed. A second is accessible by appointment only -- except through drive-through. And there is ALWAYS something going on at the third bank which guarantees an unfavorable experience. The time prior to today that I visited that branch, it was "temporarily" closed because of employee shortage -- they said. Today, I'm not sure what it was. Once inside, I was told to leave -- no explanation, but they said they would help me at the drive-through window. I went there and waited on numerous cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, the lady said they could not help me -- sorry for the inconvenience. Wells Fargo takes it customers for granted. Period!

I called today to do some business regarding my father's estate of which I am executor. All of the required documents (the will, executorship papers and any other needed documents) have all been submitted to the bank and they have access to them. I was calling to find out about the status of his account that I submitted a request to close last week.The woman I spoke with was not interested in actually helping me, but instead, started up about how "she didn't know who I am and since I've never been into the branch, how is she supposed to verify my identity and that she didn't have access to any of the information I have submitted previously." (I don't know why she was acting poorly, because i didn't even give her any personal information to make these judgements) i have done ALL business regarding his accounts over the phone, including his mortgage except for one time prior when I went into a branch. This employee needs retraining and possibly some diversity training as well. When I am treated like trash as a responsible customer who needs a SERVICE that they advertise, I will not bring my business back here ever. I can't believe that it seemed second nature for this lady to be so nasty and rude when I was merely asking her to do her job. I regret not remembering her name.

The 2 young black girls are very rude and move very slow. Don’t even bother going, if they are there, go to the one in Pinehurst. Pinehurst has much better customer service and nice in a timely manner

The people in the bank are very nice and fast with the transactions..But the Atm is always broken down or being repaired gets kinda aggravating!

The staff have always been very helpful and gone overboard to help me in every way. They stopped several attempts of someone trying to hack my account in just one day. My only complaint is the wait time.
