    Store is closed on random days at random times. Orders cancelled when provider approval is required even though calls to provider prove the prescription is active and no requests for refill have been made by the pharmacy.

    READ THIS: Only open M-F! If you have weekend needs go elsewhere!!!! Poor community resource.

    I went to Urgent Care w/bad ear infection. Was sent to Carhage for med. We he Pharmacy was closed. Finally tracked down med at Morganton Rd Walgreens. Hallelujah! Finally got the med and some help. Fast service once my husband got here. (We live in Care have!)
