Great store. Love the products and atmosphere. I miss Victoria!! Miss lady was always the highlight of my in store trips. When she told me she was leaving, I was beyond sad. I literally got in my car and cried. She was always helpful, knowledgeable and kind. With a hug that can melt the heart. That's what I want when shopping for things to make me feel pretty.

Was in the store a few days ago with my GF and watched as an older woman tried to return an item and was refused. It appeared as she was following the rules. There was a dude in a dress who was an employee and he was giving her a bad time. When she talked to a manager the man in the dress was actively trying to intimidate her and trying to tell everyone his imagined pronouns. I couldn't tell if the lady was ever able to get her refund but I hope the store remedies the situation with the abusive employee.

I had a great experience with the Lady who was working in Lancôme. I hate that I forgot her name she helped me with color matching she went above and beyond and was great!.

I was able to find the specialty hair care brand I was looking for. I would have given 5 stars, but the store has a lot of empty shelf space throughout the store.

Very unhappy with the customer service I experienced at this Ulta. I live in Pinehurst and shopped this Ulta many times. It is sad that customer service has gotten so terrible. I was spoken to horribly at this store.

Went and my friend got her hair done and a scalp treatment and Leanne couldn’t have done a better job. Worth the hour drive for her.
