Randall kindly changed my tire after hours on a Saturday night (I was lucky he happened to still be there thanks to a tip from a very kind man working at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts just up the road) so I wouldn’t be stranded with my daughter and a flat tire 90 minutes from home. Both men just wanted us to be safe and not to drive with damage to the sidewall. They rescued us & reminded me how good people are.

Just know if you do not have a dip stick they are unable to check your transmission fluids. My daughter found out the hard way.
