We recently had Reico install new kitchen cabinets at our house and we were very pleased with the results! They were so helpful in the design and offered informative suggestions .I would recommend them highly if you are thinking of installing a new kitchen in the future!

In 2022, I went to the show room and said I was interested in a bathroom remodel. The guy working at the counter was on his phone the majority of the time I was there and told me to look around, but never personally engaged with me or helped other than telling me the woman I need to meet with was out. Didn’t even get out of his chair. I got in contact with her several times but told her I had to postpone the remodel. When I picked the lead back up this year, she never got the ball rolling and the lead just dropped. She also told me the earliest the work could maybe start was I the fall. It felt like it would be pulling teeth to work with them, and she seemed uninterested, so I found another company. The new company came out to my house the next day and had a 6-8 week turn around. I guess Reico didn’t think I had the money or time. But jokes on them … the job is done and my money has gone to another company. I will not chase anyone around that I am paying good money for.

Reico provided our kitchen cabinets for our kitchen remodel. The cabinets are beautiful - our favorite is the pantry - it provides so much storage. We added a island and Reico provided the specifications and measurements we needed. We are very happy with our remodel - thank you Reico!Service: Remodeling

We had a very positive and stress free experience with Reico. They were professional, friendly and reliable. Dennis was so easy to work with, being honest with his input and suggestions but always supporting our goals and tried to be helpful in any way he could. He was also very flexible and easy going. He also carried himself professionally which is not always the case in this area. We never felt a sales pitch or upgrade pressure from him. They were responsive and on time, and just very easy to work with. We loved our finished product of new cabinets and quartz countertops and felt we got a great look and quality for the price. We shopped around too… Go with Reico!

I went here for countertops and backsplash, the older lady was very apathetic in helping me and they did not have a large selection. She told me they would have to order the style of backsplash I wanted-which is fine but she seemed annoyed. She tried to talk me out of using a plumber and electrician from them and wanted me to call my own person! She immediately said prices will go up...ummm and?? Your point is?? I want a one stop shop I don’t want to work with 3 different people, that’s why I went there and she did not offer an estimate with the price for the electrician and plumber included-sorry like must be too expensive for me ?. To top it off she said she would call me with an estimate and NEVER did!!! Either she’s lazy and bad at her job or thought I couldn’t afford the kitchen remodel for whatever reason -who knows. She seemed snooty and snobby! I do not recommend this place, save your money and go somewhere else where you’ll be treated with professionalism, timeliness, and respect -all of which they are not!
