Not sure what the negative reviews are for but from carriers perspective Dean, Crystal, Jonny and Jeremy are the most honest and down to earth people i have worked with in my short 12+ years in trucking. I always go above and beyond for them to help out as much as i can, because i know they do the same for me.

Been working with Red River for years as a dispatch at previous companies , now on my own I’m moving freight for Dean at red river , professional company highly recommend. Jeremy good guy as well there should be more brokers like that ! 10 out of 10 in my book .

The company insisted that I prepay with a check which I wouldn't do as I had never worked with them before and checks can't be charged backed in case of fraud. I said that I would prepay with a credit card so as to insure I had recourse in case of fraud but they said they would charge me a 4% fee for doing that. They said that as a first time customer they didn't trust my company to extend us credit but somehow expected me to trust them with prepayment via check. There are better companies out there for your freight needs.

Crystal Douglas who claims to be the new half owner of Red River called my office being extremely rude and also cursed me out with very foul language because I asked her to not be rude when she calls my office. She was irate and yelling which is very unprofessional. I would not recommend doing business with them because of this behavior.
