Rented a 10 foot U-Haul, the location didn’t have the 10 foot as specified but told me they would only charge me for the 10 foot. Guess what? I still paid the premium, and got no help at the location. Unhappy and will not be coming back to this location

Dawn made the experience very easy as she was always willing to help and answer any questions I had. She was very kind and always cleaning up around the facility. I’d recommend this to anyone as she made it great!

I just want to give a huge shout out to Pinnacle storage in SP. Tiffany and Dawn are the most professional and knowledgeable storage attendants, I’ve ever dealt with. From beginning to end , they are very thorough, and helpful with everyone I’ve seen them deal with, including myself. Brand new facility too!

Dawn and Tiffany are so lovely and inviting. This place is above and beyond any other typical storage facility I’ve ever seen; it is so neat and tidy. If you’re looking for an actually nice facility look no further.

Wonderful experience here. Both Tiffany and Dawn we extremely helpful with securing us a unit. We came by and they assisted us with a walk through of both the inside and outside units. When it came to obtaining the unit the process was very simple, straight forward & well explained. I unfortunately in my hectic day had provided them with a couple checks from the wrong account and instead of being annoyed they were patient and understanding and worked with me. I appreciate both of these hard working employees; the experience and professionalism at this facility is to be strived for. Thank you from The Island Team!
