Everything was great. Oil change and Recall servicing was completed. Part took a couple days to arrive so the service department provided me with a replacement vehicle which was very nice. Only thing that was not done was the wash/detailing. I was told that it be done prior to pick up, but that was not the case. Overall I was super pleased with my experience being a first time Toyota owner.

Made an appointment online, which was quick and easy. Service was estimated to take 1.5 hours but it was done quicker than expected. Wait area had everything you need to be comfortable while waiting. Would come back again!

They got me in for service the day after I called. They were pleasant and timely. It appears so far that my issue has been resolved but it has only been 5 days. I will say that I did not like that they tried to up sell various services via text message prior to letting me know that the issue I came in for was resolved. I thought that I should have been told that the issue was resolved before they tried to upsell services.

Fantastic experience here. They’ve absolutely done right and I highly recommend. Brandon Shields is the best and definitely who you should work with. He was honest, professional, kind, truly wants the best for the customer, and doesn’t try to screw you over on prices! Super easy to work with too! I felt like I actually had someone I could trust and wasn’t just trying to sell and make money from it. Tanya in finance is fantastic as well. Highly recommend going to her. She’ll be honest with you and truly work with you to get what you need. She won’t sell what she doesn’t believe in herself! Thank you Pinehurst! If I ever need another car, I’ll be back here!! Best experience I have ever had at a car dealership!

They listed a Toyota Camry for $12,200 with 102,000 miles on it on Friday. The vehicle had a great car fax service report. The dealer had been servicing it for years. I requested to see car and test drive. I was told it was going to the service department on Monday. I called on Monday and was told the car was in poor condition and did not meet their standards for sale. The dealer 10 mins later then said oh the car sold on Saturday. This seems like an attempted bait and switch.This is the second Toyota dealer I have dealt with that seems to be dishonest to me.

Very professional staff!! Shout out to Chris Sanchez!! You and your manager worked with me until the last cent(a lot of back and forth)! Very satisfied with the outcome! No tricks, no hidden fees, no floor mats(jkjk?didn’t get that package ?) Another shout out to the parts department (forgot his name, but hook me up with my floor mats for both of my vehicles ??, and finally the finance guy(straight to the point (I like it?).Outstanding facilities! Definitely have my support and futures referrals ???

Great communication and sales staff was wonderful and accommodating. I didn’t deal with a single pushy salesperson. Car buying is typically a frustratingly long, grueling process so I anticipated the extended wait. However, it wasn’t nearly the painful or tedious experience that I have come to expect at car dealerships. Any issues or questions we had along the way were addressed or answered clearly. They also made a fantastic deal on my trade ins, so I couldn’t be happier with my decision to make the drive here for my new car purchase. Thank you all for making the day go smoothly. A special thank you to our team of Robbie and Denver, and a shoutout to Kimberly for pointing us their way. We were very comfortable and developed a great rapport with Robbie. That’s where all those awards come in to play! It was a pleasure to work with everyone there. Loving my new upgrade!

Paul E. was wonderful and offered great customer service. Great follow up. This is my second time buying a vehicle from him because of his professionalism. The entire team is great to work with. The maintenance department is very user friendly as well and the convenience and efficiency of the all around experience will keep us coming back.

I cannot say enough about the service I received from Pinehurst Toyota . I dropped my car off after hours without an appointment because I had driven some 90 miles with the "Malfunction Indicator Lamp" on. I received a call from Josh Kimball first thing next morning . He was patient (we talked many times during the day)kind and very professional. The diagnostic revealed a faulty engine cooling thermostat which had to be ordered . He and Jeff arranged a rental car since I had to return to Topsail Beach next day . Jeff was also extremely friendly, helpful and professional. My experience could not have been better . Repairs were made timely and Josh was in touch with me throughout . He also took care of my Hyundai warranty for the parts and labor . Both Josh and Jeff exceeded all expectations and made every effort for me to avoid what could have been a rather serious problem for me . My service agent Glen was awesome. Very courteous, professional, and prompt. I came early but they took my car immediately. I always get great service. I enjoy the waiting area. Very clean, lots of cold water and a variety of coffee choices.

I will definitely be coming back again if I ever need service! Joe was the guy that was working with my car and he was very thorough and kind when communicating what was going on. I felt like the workers genuinely cared about fixing the issues with my car. It was wonderful customer service!

Customer service was excellent. Everyone was professional, courteous, prompt and efficient. They called me with updates throughout the day and called when my vehicle was finished. My only complaint was the price. $70+ to patch a tire seemed like a lot. Not sure if that’s standard for the area.

Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us find a small vehicle for our son in college. Nothing but professionalism from beginning to end. We also enjoyed working with Tanya who helped us with make all the contracts were signed and correct. There no gimmicks everything was professional, honest and reliable. Good place to purchase your next ride if you need one.
