This dealership totaled my car while it was in their care for an oil change and did nothing to help Me in purchasing a replacement car. They are greedy and Chad Holderfield (Owner) is all about the money and cares very little about his customers. I will never use or purchase from them again!!!

IWhile this place shares facilities with another car dealership, their service is far superior to that in Fayetteville. Firstly, the venue is spotlessly clean. Secondly, they managed to change the oil in just over an hour, whereas at other dealerships it often takes me at least three hours. Furthermore, they considerately provided updates about the progress while I waited. I'll definitely return here for maintenance and will recommend it to my friends.

They will call you all the time to try and sell you a car but the service center won’t give you the time of day. Save yourself the time and money and go to Greensboro or Fayetteville.

Worst customer service . They removed a fuse so my tail lights didn't work , and didn't tell me or make note of it in my record . Now I have no tail lights and wasted hours of my time for a simple fix . The manager made it my fault and was not nice about it, when their own employees don't even know what they are doing and offer no advice or help. The service tech and manager treated their customer horribly .
