Bottom line - Luxury Store with Linens, beds, candles, loungewear etc. Staff extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend shopping here if looking to improve your quality of sleep. I also love their selection of Barefoot Dreams.

Good selection of products. If they don’t have what you want, the sales staff are very knowledgeable of what company could have the item, and will place a special order. Always helpful and pleasant!

They have such a wide range of high quality linens and sleep wear I almost couldn’t choose! If you’re looking to fill in your self care routine look here first!!! Hello, I was buying from this Company before and got really disappointed about their sales practices of misleading their customers by advertising one thing and refusing to provide it in the end. Meaning that if you will leave your cell phone # on their webpage you will get 10% off from your order, regardless if the item is on sale or not. And if you purchase it online it seems to work, but often they will not have the advertised items in stock and they will either call you or e-mail stating that they have less quantity and they can't give you 10% because it is on sale item, making it an obvious catch, by declaring 10% off to get your phone number and than refusing to provide the advertised discount. This time they went even further, the rep. Beth told me that she will make an exception and will provide an additional 10% discount as they advertised on their website, but at the last moment after I spend so much time putting my order together refused to do so, by making an excuse that it was a sudden misunderstanding. I understand that the change came from the owner of the store, who, after my previous dealing with her seems like very arrogant, cynical and not caring about customers, just focusing strictly on how to profit at any cost. Both times when she intervened in to the condition of the sale, it became a waste of time, since any previous agreements with her employees failed to work. I personally will never try to buy anything from them in the future and would like other customers to know about their hurtful sales tactics.

I was shopping in Southern Pines and saw this shop, looked interesting, so I thought I would check it out. I was looking at the products and the store clerk came close to me and said "can I help you" in about the rudest and most disrespectful way ever. She didn't want to help me (think Pretty Woman). She assumed I was most likely a thief or couldn't afford to be there, which whatever, I would never steal and if I wanted something, I would have bought it. The look she gave me, the body language, etc, I could not help but laugh when she turned around and had the price tag hanging on the back of her outfit. Her attitude was awful, I left and spent my money elsewhere.

I placed an order for hard to come by Barefoot Dreams items. The website says they are in stock. I received an email saying my product will arrive in late May! This was intended as a present for an elderly woman who is suffering the cold in Pittsburgh. Doubtful it will still be snowing in late May. I would use their brick and mortar store but I live 3000 away.

They have decent products but you can find the same thing half price elsewhere. The service is at best marginal in the store, all the associates want to do is press items on you. $250 for a bar of soap? Are you kidding?!!(Follow up from owner comment) I shopped at your store in December of 2018 purchased home fragrance, soap and after shave.A few days ago, went to go shop for sheets and found the sheets you sell on Amazon (like you claim you cannot) for 32.6% less. You can also buy sheets from yvonne-estelles for significant savings.

This place is horribly overpriced and has terrible customer service. I've bought the same linen bedding they offer at one third the price and without the hassle of dealing with their uppity, snotty customer service.

Snobs! Rude on phone! Not truthful about returns! Threatening when asked to speak to owner. Stay away. Even snobbier when I visited the store.
