They have a great selection of hay and feed. My mother ordered almost $1000 in hay and it’s like pulling teeth figuring out when they’re going to deliver it. They can’t control the weather I get that, but from purchase of hay to actual delivery day is ridiculous. I guess being we aren’t SP rich horse people we aren’t priority, but phone calls would be nice. My mother had to call every time to find out about her hay!

Customer service is better on some days than others, NY orchard GR hay was 90% mold and the delivery was horrible, half the bales falling off the pile

This place is amazing! We are in the process of transitioning our dogs to raw food again after taking a few years off, and the amount of products and supplements available is incredible. The store is well stocked, employees are helpful and knowledgeable and the location is easily accessible. There are options to order ahead for pickup, and special orders for different dietary needs. As someone who has always opted for healthy/species appropriate diets I am so happy to see this place stocked with high quality products. We were helped by Amanda who was super knowledgeable and passionate about canine nutrition and it was nice to have someone who knows what they're talking about! I'll post pictures next visit.
