Unfortunately, we had a bad experience here. Proper sanitizing steps are not being taken so if you come here regularly, ask them to use new and clean tools.
An older gentleman did my pedicure and he was rough, cut my toe with his tool & caused it to bleed, cut nails too short, and communicated poorly because he couldn't speak English. A woman then polished my toes but put too many layers so poor polish turn out.
Another gentleman did my daughters pedicure and he sweat straight through his shirt, was rough as well & no English. I doubt either have proper certification to do nails. This was all unfortunate as I am not a fan of posting bad reviews but if people aren't properly trained & licensed nail technicians they can really hurt you and cause infections so felt the need to warn others.

Everyone was amazing we came in at closing and they greeted us with smiling faces great customer service great pedicure amazing massage and they still took their time stayed over an hour past closing, definitely check them out.

The BEST pedicure I’ve ever had. The older gentleman gives a real leg and foot massage, not the typical light massage so many places have done.

Best pedicure I’ve had in such a long time! #6 (he said this is what he goes by) gave me an hour long massage. Everyone was so kind. It was the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon in a VERY long time! I will be returning.

Amazingly sweet staff! Dana and her crew are new to the area but definitely can hold their own when it comes to nails and pedicures. When you ask for a certain shape they definitely deliver. As seen in the picture I wanted square and Dana made sure to give me square and not square round.Reasonable prices, phone holders and chargers on each station for guest (no other nail salon in town even offers this). Let’s not forget the fact that during my visit I was constantly being checked on making sure I was comfortable and offered drinks (multiple times during my visit). Come check them out! Smaller staff but with all the amazing amenities and benefits these larger places fail to recognize. First time but definitely not my last!

The best nail place in southern pines and it’s better than every place I’ve been in Fayetteville!!! They are highly experienced, extremely nice and always take the best care of me and take time to get to know me as a personal client!! I am so impressed with their expertise, stop going to any other nail place because LV nails is hands down the best place to go if you what the best nails or most trendy nails ! They also will practice whatever nail look you want on a fake nail to let you see what the style you want would look like before you purchase!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!! Cannot say it enough!! They will not disappoint!!!

I love this nail salon! Husband and wife duo who are super friendly. I stumbled upon them just trying to find a good nail salon and this is my go to now. They have never disappointed.
