Jeffery was very knowledgeable and saved me money that other "jewelry repair" shops wanted to charge. He educated me on care of my very special ring, but also told me why each step was important. He could have easily charged me for something I did not need but he was very fair and reasonable in what he did charge me for. I appreciate the ethical way this man handled my business and will be going back!

First of all this guy is read all wrong he’s hilarious and amazing I took my wedding rings to him because I was missing stones and my stones are special made he was able to find my stones and get my ring finished in a week. I went to pick them up and they were so beautiful like brand new. His prices are definitely affordable. Hands down great man and business.

take your business elsewhere. This place used to be good quality but now the owner is so rude and unprofessional that it’s not worth dealing with. I brought a black onyx gold band ring in with a delicate gold band - the band had separated and i asked them if they could fix it - they confirmed but in the process shattered the black onyx stone. That was 4 months ago and the owner agreed to replace the stone while requiring me to pay for the stone and repairs despite the fact he broke it. I agreed but continuously called monthly to get an update on when it will be ready and am told he is not going to have a heart attack worrying about fixing my ring. When i finally called him out about how long it’s been he told me he will not fix it or replace the stone and i need to collect it. Not worth the unprofessionalism and I am sadly out $500.

Was going to walk in to get a family ring fixed for my wedding in February but because I was waiting for my fiance to walk to the gas station and meet me back there we got accused of trying to rob the place? Seems to be a pattern of interaction with new and intrigued customers to be greeted with rude assumptions.

Jeff has done work for us for over a decade now. We can always trust him to do a high quality job at a reasonable price. He just finished restoring a setting on a very special ring of mine and I'm just tickled pink with it. So happy to have it back on my hand. Thanks Jeff! :)
