I recently visited Honeycutt to have my stone reset on my wedding ring, and I couldn't be happier with the results! My ring looks as stunning as the day I first received it! I was so impressed by the meticulous attention to detail, expedient service and incredibly fair pricing! 10/10

I am not sure what earned us the disrespect we have gotten from this business. My husband and I were finally able to start being able to afford some nice jewelry in our life and began purchasing from this store. Several items had serious quality issues and we remedied a few things with them. I had some things repaired there too and although they are always top dollar on all repairs and purchases, we were glad to develop a relationship with our local jeweler where we have lived for over 20 years. Husband bought me some larger gold hoops I picked out. I had picked them out rather quickly and put them away, but when I went to wear them I found they had a large crimp and dent that I had not seen in the tubing on the back and I had not worn them yet.. They also just lacked quality and wouldn't stay lined up to snap properly. I had gotten two smaller sizes in this same type from them and they were okay. We figured it might be an issue with the larger size, so we brought them in and I got a good dose of attitude like the issue was my fault. I always store my jewelry in padded cases and take care of it. The women reluctantly said they would order a higher quality pair that would be more sturdy in that larger size. We were willing to pay a good bit more beyond our exchanged ones to get the better quality upgrade for the new ones, too. We called and called them and they finally had us come in only to find the exact same type of cheaper tube hoop as before and not being listened to. Although one girl in the shop said they had had my hoops in twice, but people kept coming in to buy them? I heard different stories. I started to feel like they were not doing right by us and especially from selling good customers a bent pair of hoops in the first place. I ran into the store to check a few times and they have never bothered to call us once to this day to say they ordered an upgraded pair for me and get me what I wanted. They don't seem to care about us as long term customers and maintaining the relationship we were trying to develop with a local business. We are very disappointed. Do watch what you buy in there. I had the tubing on a paperclip chain where the chain link material came wide open for no reason. I never wear my things in the shower nor the pool. Inspect everything you get for dents and flaws very carefully and proceed using this business with caution. A lot of their styles are dated and maybe geared towards the older clientele of the area. They don't seem to want to honor their items and insure the quality nor follow up when you try to order replacements. They have ruined the good relationship with them we tried to start. If people did keep buying my hoops, then why not stock those? Someone needs to help them a little more with what they should choose to buy that will appeal to an updated style and younger clientele. We are very bummed because we spent extra at the onset hoping to have that sweet small town jewelry store experience and my husband was so sweet about wanting this for me and wanting me to go in there regularly and pick out things I wanted, but it would need to be a two way street of them backing what they sell. Especially since we are established residents of 20 years right down the road. We will be looking elsewhere.

To be told by an employee that “I walked in with an attitude” I have never experienced that level of no customer service attitude. Picking up my repair, then I’m done.

My 90 year old father asked me to get a new watchband for his watch. I am from out of town. I found Honeycutt on Google. I was taken care of as soon as i arrived. Very nice and hospitable employees. They were able to find one just like the one being replaced. They checked at my request to see if it needed a battery. Turned out to be a winding one. They cleaned it and set the time.

Excellent work! We had some repairs, including a fairly detailed repair of my husband’s wedding ring. They added some small stones to replace missing ones and fixed the band, then shined it up like new.I had a couple of charmsCome off a charm bracelet and they repaired and shined the bracelet up beautifully! Like new! Reasonably priced and under a week. They definitely have our business!

Just recently shopped here for a graduation gift but wasn't quite sure what to get. The sales person was incredibly helpful with several suggestions that were in my price range. And, most importantly, the graduate loved her gift. Thanks Honeycutt for making me look good!

The women at Honeycutt are by far the most professional people I have had the pleasure of meeting,as a customer they made me feel welcomed.I purchased some earrings which unfortunately broke (due to my friends negligence)however they were willing to work with me on replacements.Thank you Dana,you guys will forever have my business.

I placed an order 10 days before Christmas and was promised it would be ready by Christmas Eve. I was called Christmas Eve afternoon saying the order wasn't completed yet and that they printed out a picture of the purchase. I was told that as soon as it is received that they would be able to replace the diamonds with birthstone for my children. They are tiny stones and should not take long to complete.Went back after the New Years break and they said that it still has not been received. I went back 2 weeks later and said that it still has not been completed.I did not bother them or call for several weeks after and called to check the status and it seems as though they forgot and seemed confused about when it will be ready.I went to Honeycutt to support a small business in the town of Southern Pines. Between the terrible customer service and timeliness of an order... I will not be going back. If I could give less than one star I would.

Bought a diamond/gold necklace combo. It was dainty (knew that going into it) and it broke fairly easily.However, the team at Honeycutt was very willing to repair it. The repair did take a few weeks though, as opposed to same-day service.They stand behind their products, a business I can support.

My experience was amazing. I am not the easiest person. To work with, she was so easy going, and laid back, I was really blown away. Prices were awesome, and I couldn't be happier with Honeycutt and my husband.
