Lovely shop with unique (but expensive) pieces; always decent customer service in the shop in my experience.
However, I would NOT recommend them for wedding planning. Many details for my wedding day were missed/neglected, and it unfortunately tainted my memory of the big day. I should have known the third time the planner had gotten my name wrong in paperwork/emails that working with her would have shortfalls. The wedding planner was not even present at my wedding, and only told me the day before (when she "stopped by" for 10 minutes during the rehearsal, and left the rehearsal to one of her assistants who seemed very frazzled by the whole thing) that she had a "bigger wedding" she had to be at during my wedding, which I was astounded by in the moment but felt there was nothing I could do or say, and in retrospect I'm still astounded by it. It was pretty offensive at the time. Also, the floral design was not at all what I had originally requested. I was very clear and detailed with photo examples of designs I wanted over 8 months in advance, but ultimately feel it fell a bit short (the planner was the same person who did thr floral design as well). Of course, the flowers we had were beautiful as all flowers are. But the planner had shown me her example of a centerpiece 3-4 weeks before the wedding, and honestly it was hideous, like she had thrown it together not 5 minutes before our meeting. It was only after I asked her to start over that she sent a link to her whole saler for me to choose flowers directly from the site- which would have been more efficient to do in our first meeting months before. Honestly the whole ordeal was more stressful than not, which is the opposite of what a wedding planner is supposed to provide for a couple. It was very disappointing and overall I felt I was not heard/listened to, and my special day was not valued by the person I hired. I'm not sure what I really paid for- I honestly could have done the planning by myself. Hopefully they've improved their wedding planning approach since then.

When you walk in it is very beautiful let me say that but when I tell you the lady wouldn't even let me get a word in she kept asking question after question after question she wouldn't even give me a chance to talk to even get out my mouth specifically what I was looking for and it was a turn off I would never ever come back here again and it's only for that reason she's an older lady and I feel like she needs to have a little patience and wait for a person to answer the first question you asked before you start shooting darts at them and missiles with questions the worst experience it was not a good experience

What amazing floral arrangements Pam and her staff made. I sent her some ideas and she not only nailed them but she delivered even more beautiful arrangements then I could ever imagine!! Got comments all night and the next day!! Would hire them in an instant again!! Thank you to everyone that was involved!!

Amazing service and care! Needed help with a last minute arrangement and Jacob the manager was super helpful and quick! I'm not a local so I trust that they will always send the best flowers to my recipients in the Pinehurst area!

Hollyfield is awesome! I needed to order a bouquet on short notice. I spoke to Matt, the owner, who said he could put something together for delivery the same day. Though I didn’t need it that fast, it’s good to know for future reference. When I picked up the bouquet 2 days later, I was extremely pleased - it was absolutely stunning. The store is lovely too - lots of ideas for hostess gifts, as well as items for your own home.

Ordered the garden basket for a coworker and her family that was delivered to Crumpler Funeral Home in Aberdeen the day before my friends Mothers service. Funeral home received the arrangement however they (as in the funeral homes employees) delivered the arrangement to the service before my friends Mothers.I asked on Monday if she received what was ordered and she had not so I called Monday just before closing and spoke with a gentleman who said that they had been marked delivered and asked me to follow up with funeral home and call the following day. Tuesday morning I spoke with Sonja and she said she would look into it and phone me back which she did within the hour and that’s how the mystery was solved…Hollyfield not only fixed someone else’s screwup but went above and beyond to deliver what was originally ordered to my coworkers office today! Customer service was excellent and efficient Thank you guys…they are gorgeous.
