“I purchased a knife to give as a gift from a local dealer. Two months later I was prepping it to give away. I noticed that inside the package the sheath was missing. I recalled that it was the last one in stock and I had actually purchased the display model. The retailer had either moved or gone out of business because the building was vacant and no signs to where they had gone.I called Spartan and spoke to Kimberly. She told me the best way to handle it would be to email them. I did and they made it right immediately. Sent me a new sheath not even asking for a payment for shipping. She said it was included in the warranty.Such a great company! They weren't really responsible for the missing sheath, but took care of the problem anyway. They now have a lifetime customer and I will be making other purchases from them soon.Superb quality and excellent customer service!
