This is the absolute worst goodwill I have ever been in! All linens are dumped into a couple of large bins. All decorations, dishes etc.are a on a long shelf. Never any furniture. It's the same way in fayetteville too. Who ever own or manages these two are horrible. Plus there are no discounts of any kind offered.

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED! I need to get rid of a lot of nice dishes. They were old but very qualified. They were in 1960's. I put them in the box. The man came out of Donate's area. He was responsible for taking things into the donate's area. I told him to be careful this box. They were dishes. He showed me that he careless. He picked it up and then drop it without careful put in the different area. I said they are dishes. be careful. He was continue to drop most of boxes. I could image they are already broken by him. He was so RUDE!!! I would not go back that place again!

I found a treasure or two, but it was very frustrating trying to find things in my size since the clothes were organized by color and not size. It took much longer for me to find things to try on. I would prefer to drive further to shop at a location that organizes clothes by size.

This store is usually very clean and staffed well. It's bright and even the housewares are kept orderly. But it's frustrating to shop as the clothes are organized by color, not size. While it might make for a neat IG picture, it's not practical when looking for something specific. Go when you have time to browse.

I’m moving so I took a U-Haul with a lot of nice household goods to donate. No one was present to help unload. Then two ladies showed up and wanted to direct me where to put things. I told them I should’ve taken everything to the dump. It would’ve been easier on me and they agreed. Lazy and no concern for who they are serving. Next time, regardless of how good the items, I will take them to the dump before I allow this Goodwill to make money off me.

What a disappointment, especially considering the area. So many of the clothes were stained and some had holes. Add to that the way they hang all the sizes together so you have to sort through them ALL to find your size, and this is just a terrible store. None on this side of NC are good, but so many trashy pieces of clothing really blew me away. Then they insist on using marker, so a jacket my teen wanted had 8.98 in sharpie right on the brand tag, which then made it a PASS. (why embarrass people like that ?) The same goes for a wooden piece I bought. I didn't realize it was ruined with the price in sharpie right on the wood! It's like they want people who can't afford new to have the prices in sharpie to remind us where we had to shop. My kid wanted a stuffed animal. It was 5.98 for a USED STUFFED ANIMAL, and again, written in sharpie. We left that as well. We picked up a few dishes and my kid found a few pieces of clothing. Then they just leave it in a pile on the counter and you can buy a bag, or take in heaps. They don't even have paper to wrap dishes in. NEVER AGAIN will I visit this place!

Overpriced on so many items.Children's clothes are almost non existant compared to a few years ago.Don't bother to go in there often anymore.

Might be the WORST Goodwill I have ever visited and I have been to many.Terrible selection unless you want clothes. Really nothing else.

The only thing I don't like about this store is that they don't have public restrooms. But other than that they keep this store organized and clean.

One never knows what one will find at/in goodwill. Great buys, mixed sizes and something for everyone. Great service, handicap accessible lots of parking. I will go back.
