We took a weekend trip to Pinehurst and Southern Pines. We had walked around after dinner the night before and I had noticed the shop. I love vintage so I told my husband we need to come back in the morning the very next day so I can check it out. I was pleased that they were open at 9 AM.The volunteers at the thrift shop are so sweet!I talked to them a bit about my cancer research. They were so supportive. That’s the thing about this dreadful disease, so many people are affected. Everyone knows someone who has lost a loved one or friend to cancer. That’s why I study to make a difference in patient outcomes and eventually hoping to make public health policy changes.I took some pics of the thrift merchandise. They have some nice reasonably priced items at this store. I got pretty lucky and found an interesting old Selections from Robert Browning book for only a dollar. It isn’t in the best condition but I really like it.This thrift shop is worth checking out!

This is a small thrift shop run by the Episcopal Church. It carries a wide selection of goods though, and the prices are good. Men's shirts are all top brands in great condition. Lots of women's clothing and general housewares. Worth stopping by to see what you can find.

The best thrift in the Pines! The workers are so kind and I have found some true gems here. I have to visit every time I'm here!

You can support a great cause and get some things at great prices. All of the clothing is divided by type and by size. All clothing is hanging as well. Nice little thrift store!

I have donated many times to this store & always felt good about it. Charity & all, right? There is a very rude, older man who works here who insists on espousing politics OUT LOUD every time I’m there. Very inappropriate platform for such nonsense. (By the way DM, no shame on freedom of speech. Peace, babe!!)

This is a great place for everyone to go. They have the nicest women working there with your best interest at heart. Shame on anyone giving a bad review. Keep on supporting Emmanuel Episcopal, they are the best!!!

This is what church and community should be like everywhere. Awesome place and people. It's small but prices are great and with community support this little diamond would really shine. View the website and learn about its wonderful history. Take the concept into your hearts and spread the word for other communities to have a place like this.
