Went to get my car inspection done which is an in and out thing. I do all my work on my vehicles due to this very reason here. I was failed due to exhaust system which I have never had anyone ever lift my cars or trucks to inspect anything unless that was the reason I was there. ANYWAYS They said I need to replace my flex pipe estimated to be fixed at $618 the pipe was only $200 at Advance Auto parts but they were gonna charge me $339 I thought Thomas Tire was bad. Nope they both are bad. Ladies do your on work these men are trying to get over on us. Needless to say it passed this morning. No lift or nothing. Please do your research before you get got! I'm a single mom and this is the very reason I do my own work. If I could do inspections I would. I passed inspection this morning. You wasted my time and energy. Just remember GOD sees you guys!

I love Black’s Tire & Auto! I was so happy to find that there is a Black’s Tire in Southern Pines when my daughter moved there in 2021. It is comforting as a father to know that there is such a great auto service company in her back yard. I sleep better knowing Black’s has my back!

As usual the guys down at BTA came through with the W. Needed 2 Tires and an oil change, they were swamped but they squeezed me in and had me out the door and about 2 hours. Job well done. Thanks to you all. From inspections all the way up to major work I trust them to do it all.

WOW! I shopped around looking for the best tire desk within 100 miles of Pinehurst! Blacks beat everyone from Costco to Toyota by $200 plus dollars!!! Great service ordering and holding tires til I could get there…Gus at the front counter are so helpful and nice!!! Thanks so much for all your help. It’s good to be able to count on you guys!!!
