Confused of where to find anything...who wants to have to walk to the other side of the parking lot just to go to the men's section!!!! That is ridiculous and should not be the case couldn't find men's cologne at all. Absolutely ridiculous

If you don't look like you have money, they won't entertain the idea of asking if you need help or talking to you. Every time I've ever been in this store I've been ignored and noone has bothered helping me. That's fine, I can spend my money elsewhere.

Store was clean and organized. I was shopping for sneakers and 4 out of 6 pairs selected they didn't have them in my size. Prices have gotten utterly stupid, not necessary Belks fault, but wow.

To the short, middle aged, blondish haired woman that decided she needed to “take all of my items out of my cart and hold them for me at the counter” who sent a male employee wearing the brightest pair of orange sneakers I have ever seen to follow me around the store while I shopped after I tried my clothing on… thank you for the humiliation. I’m not sure what it was that I did to make you decide you needed to treat me like a criminal. Was it because I was dressed in casual gym clothing? Did I not fit your ideal of someone who could afford the things in my cart? Whatever it was, you most definitely got your point across. I put back close to 500 dollars worth of merchandise because after that, there’s no way I’m spending money with this company. I think the funniest part was that you and several other associates stood outside waiting for me to leave so you could my license plate, I imagine. But guess what? Jokes on you because I just got that car and I haven’t tagged it yet. I’ll never set foot in your store again.

I was stopped by an employee for shopping too close to the plus-size section for being too small, I didn't feel comfortable buying my selection and haven't felt comfortable going back.

I have left Belk's so many times with security devices still attached to clothing I've lost count. It is, however, an effective marketing tool because when I take an item back to have the security tag removed from the garment, usually I have to wait in the one check-out line on that side of the store. There are two entrances. The one I enter now has Ralph Lauren displayed as soon as you walk in the door, so that is an effective preventative for me to not go in unless I need ... well, like I needed a nice designer case for my mom's ashes.
