Went into AAA-Southern Pines Wednesday afternoon (may 1st) to get a trip tik and the woman that was helping me, Faith, had the most mean/displeased/disrespectful attitude.
I will not go in again and deal with her period !
AAA you should be ashamed of people like this representing your company. Get some real customer service representatives that actually enjoy their job.

This is the worst place. No one even looks up when you walk in. They are not friendly and unhelpful. Not happy as a AAA subscriber. Won't visit this place again.

AAA road service left me stranded and never dispatched a tow truck. This service is Terrible to say the least. I was on the phone with them and was transferred 4 times and never got the right person to cancel. Do not for any reason other than you have too much money in that case donate it to someone else

We met 2 hours with a travel planner for trip to Costa Rica. After going thru several options she promised to get back to us in 10 days. After her deadline I called and left one voice mail. After that I called two more times and was told she was in the office but on the phone and I left detailed info on my reason for calling. After one week, we gave up. So rude to not return phone calls. Another travel agent was able to help us book our trip same day. Our trip is in 3 months so we were concerned about getting it booked for peace of mind.

Visited AAA southern pines to get information for a cruise. Chuck was very helpful. When we are ready to pick a vacation we will surely use AAA travel.

I went through a lot of ignored emails and returned calls, had a difficult time getting them to upgrade our airline seats and our departure times.. Also, they had booked us at RDU to Charlotte with over a 3 hour layover. What since did they make? So whenever we changed our flight to just leave out of Charlotte, and they charged us more money.. I’ll never use them again.. one of the worst experience ever…
