“I had Alec come out to fix a chip on front bumper, Friday he came and I know it’s hard for a paint job to be done 100% perfect outside with all the debris in the air, had some debri in the paint and I messaged him about it and he came back out today and made sure to buff it all out and it came out good I’m satisfied with the results. I recommend him and this shop his customer service is great and also his work, he makes sure that you are happy with the work and that really shows that he cares about the work he does and it’s hard to find people like that now in days.”

“I personally, have not experienced service from full force, but my daughter did about a month ago. The owner and all of the employees are extremely nice and did an excellent job on my daughters car. He even kept it a little longer to make sure that all of her sensors, continue to work after her having a car accident. He also does not use cheap aftermarket parts, which makes a huge difference, especially in newer vehicles. He guarantees his work and I would recommend this company to anyone!”
“Absolutely fantastic service! I spoke with Scott over the phone who was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent customer service. Once everything was set up, my dad transported my vehicle to and from their shop, so I never actually stepped foot on the property, but I can tell they take great pride in their work, as they replaced my front bumper and my car looks brand new. I was also very pleased when I got in my car and noticed they went above and beyond and cleaned it top to bottom - inside and out! Now it REALLY looks brand new! I couldn't be happier. “They have actually moved to Ward Street, but if your from High Point - you know that their Nc state inspections are always $25.00. The staff is fast, friendly and knowledgeable. If there is an issue with your vehicle, they inform you nicely and guide you on getting repairs, etc.”
