Manager is so so so rude.

Rude incompetant manager and poorly trained cashier who didn't know how to do an even exchange and tried to make the customers waiting think it was my fault it was taking so long. The items were priced wrong and when I tried to clear up the discrepancy the manager refused to complete the transaction while gaslighting me.

This store had totes 30gallon marked on the shelf and the totes for 11dollars,and they wanted to charge me 15 dollars. The manager was rude and said she refuse to override the price and charge me 11 dollars.

If they can't put out the stock for some reason they should move their u-boats to the stock room. They always leave them in the middle of the isle or blocking the laundry soap and fabric softener.
