Rude incompetant manager and poorly trained cashier who didn't know how to do an even exchange and tried to make the customers waiting think it was my fault it was taking so long. This store had totes 30gallon marked on the shelf and the totes for 11dollars,and they wanted to charge me 15 dollars. The manager was rude and said she refuse to override the price and charge me 11 dollars.
