This facility is very clean. My friend had her breaks replaced. It was done promptly and satisfactory. I had my inspection done. They were prompt completing this.

Everyone was so kind; the service was very fast (30 mins ) and they didn’t charge us for mending a previous tire plug—we really appreciated it! We’ll definitely be back when we visit!

I had a tire losing air on my Tesla and took it To Yopp’s. They fixed it in 20 minutes for $20 and I was on my way. Great service without sticking it to vacationers like myself!

As I arrived in Sneads ferry tonight, I noticed I had a flat tire. I change the tire myself (63 yo woman), and headed straight to Yopp’s on Hwy 172. I knew they closed at six so I hurried to arrive by 5:40 pm. I walked in and asked today fix my flat tire as I was heading back to Raleigh today and I was scared to drive on the donut home. The young man said he would do it but the owner said no we close At 6 PM. Just to add insult to injury, the owner stated that a young woman had called earlier and said she needed her tire fixed and was on her way. They are going to do the girls when she gets there but not do mine. I am in utter shock. I just hope and pray I can make it home.

I’ve been here once for a tire new set of tires and I’m not particularly impressed with their mechanics or the way they do scheduling. While everyone is very kind, they aren’t very accommodating.
If you don’t have an appointment, but you have a small issue and want to be seen they will not see you. You have to call for an appointment or show up in person to request one as they have no online scheduling service. They also will not check to see if any of the mechanics have any time available to assist with a small issue.
I’m not impressed by the mechanics for a specific reason. When you swap tires out, you are face to face with the rotor, break pads, and calipers. My rotor was damaged and thinned out from having a worn out break pad. This was readily apparent to anyone looking at it, given the rotor was rusted and visibly thinned out. While it’s not a major issue and it’s probably not life or death on one tire alone, the fact that no one who was mechanically inclined said anything to me about it was severely disappointing. It’s right in front of your face and it feels careless to not notice or mention the fact that someone needs a new rotor or break pads.
I feel like they do the bare minimum to get by and keep preexisting customers. I wouldn’t recommend this shop and I won’t be returning to it.

My experience was 5 star. They got my nail out of my tire at no charge, they were fast about too. Note there was no repair done so that’s why there was no charge
