Outstanding customer service! We recently closed on a house and had some difficulties with the seller on the terms of the propane tank. Dawn was wonderful to work with troubleshooting our situation and being super flexible!

They're all about customer service. We had a propane tank buried for an outdoor gas fire pit. They pulled permits immediately, and as soon as it was time they came out and dug, buried, and connected the line in 1 day. Daniel is superb and an utmost professional who impressed me all the time. He was knowledgeable about everything for this project and I confidently knew all would be great...and it is. If he's not the #1 employee then i don't know how anyone else could be. I would highly recommend Sneads Ferry propane.

You won't find a better place, better prices, or better people when it comes to your LP needs. Why spend outrageous prices and receive a small amount of propane from a gas station or grocery store. SFLP will fill a 30lb tank for only $20! What a deal! We absolutely adore Miss Dawn in the office and the gentleman Mr. Jeremy that fills our tanks. Good down home people that genuinely care about their customers. When you say God bless they don't take offense and aren't scared to say it back. We wouldn't go ANYWHERE else.

All the positive reviews of Snead's Ferry Oil and LP are exactly right. This is an exceptional company that responds quickly and accurately to customers. I used them to install a propane stove 3 years ago and they have been providing me with propane ever since. Never any excuses or delays, just unbelievable customer service.

Staff on the phone is always extremely friendly and helpful. I placed my order for a new hundred pound gas cylinder on Monday and it was delivered two days later. Always very pleased with the service.
