“I called Jones to put in propane for my new generator. They did an outstanding job and got it done in a timely manner. Also had them connect up a propane tank I already had to the fireplace. We just bought the house and it was obvious the line had not been connected in many years. After connecting, they discovered that it was not working. They spent the better part of an hour discovering that the line had been dormant for so long that there was rust build up the line that was clogging gas flow. They took the time to get it cleared out and got the fireplace working. They could have just connected it up and left me to get it working. But no, they made sure it all worked before leaving.
