Very friendly staff, they have a wide selection of parts for cars, trailers and boats. The prices are also cheaper than the local boat shops for the parts they do carry. I suggest stopping g here before going to a boat shop.

Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the last 3x times I've ordered parts online I never received a call letting me know the parts arrived. I always had to call them and the response was "oh yeah, they're here." Even when the website showed the parts in stock for instore pickup I received a confirmation email stating "you will receive a call when your parts are ready to be picked up".... never got the call so I ordered parts from Advance right up the road and picked them up 20mins later.

My husband & I were so pleased with the people that work here. Our battery died just as we got into Sneads Ferry today. My husband called & asked if someone could bring us a new battery. The gentleman asked if he'd be paying cash & my husband said yes. He told them where we were & in a matter of a few minutes someone came with a new battery! Considering we live 2 hours away from Sneads Ferry... that was above & beyond any other car parts company!! THANKS A MILLION GUYS!! IT WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

Trailer I was towing blew a bearing inbetween wilmington and Jacksonville. I stopped here and they could not have been more helpful with advice, tools and free paper towels and had me back on the road

Purchased a new car battery and asked for help with changing it out. There were two female employees and what appeared to be two male supervisors (maybe?). Anyway lots of chit chat going on with each other and I waited outside over 20 minutes before leaving to go home and change my own battery....
