I used pinnacle storage for U-haul. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal, the person working was very kind and professional. All the equipment was ready and clean, the office / lobby was nicely decorated. He printed out the paperwork and explained all of it to me in a very simple manner. I will definitely be using this location for any and all future U-Haul needs while in the Sneads Ferry area.

John and Shannon are the best! Both with storage service and U-haul rentals. I needed a piece of equipment for a move, but all the U-Haul dealers were out. They lent me their personal one no questions asked. They repeatedly go above and beyond what is reasonably expected. Very much appreciated. Thank you!

We originally had reservations from UHaul for a 20’ truck & Auto Transport. At the last minute U-Haul contacted us and said we had to go to Shepherds UHaul and Auto because we had to get both pieces from the same location. Well that was a bad decision. Pinnacle ended up helping us with loading our vehicle onto the auto transport because the other location wouldn’t.
Shannon was awesome! From the time we drove up he came to our vehicle and was very attentive. We are going across country but if we were staying local I would definitely use Pinnacle for all of my storage or moving needs.

Recently set up a rental at this location. The manager was so helpful and friendly. It was such a great experience being able to actually do business in person, see and select the actual unit and get a great price. A pleasant experience.
I would highly recommend this business.
