Awful service. Went to pick up my husband ring since it was being resized both ladies that are working tonight gave me a hard time about getting the ring and since he “didn’t authorized” me to pick his ring up I was not able to take the ring with me. I showed her my ID and she still refused to give me the ring. Maybe a better service or a better way of handling situations would be appreciated.

This location is awful. I brought a ring in that I have a warrenty on. A woman spoke down to me when I had questions but a gentleman helped me and I left my ring. I had to call about the progress of my ring. I was in the area and called to check again on progress and it said it had shipped in the computer and might be in the store but I would have to wait until they called me. I waited another week, called and I was told it was ready for pick up, she said we have a note we called. Well I have no VM from them at all. Then my husband went to pick up the ring, They did not ask him who he was or for ID, they just gave him the ring! I hate to make the joourney to Crabtree but customer service needs much improvement in Smithfield.

Courtney is amazing. She was very kind and customer service was very professional. She remembered me from previous shopping in the store. On another experience same day the new store manager Jennifer was very rude and unprofessional. I purchase a pair of earrings and I didn't have them a year purchase warranty on them and I have had them sent off and repaired and I pick them up and decided to wear them to a event and as I put them on they had broken in the same place they was fixed. So being that I had them sent off twice already and use the warranty.She was very nasty about having to keep doing the same repair instead of exchange the defective pair. I really didn't appreciate her tone or energy she was giving to me seeing this was a issue that wasn't caused by me.

My fiancé and I came into Zales to get her ring cleaned and look at other wedding rings for our upcoming wedding. Rudy and Courtney were were helpful and respectful. We were very satisfied with the service we received and walked away with information needed to make a further decision on our rings.
