“Alexis was very warm and welcoming. She helped me find the right fit and was very patient. She was so sweet and kind and didn’t make me feel insecure at all. The store was great and had many sizes. It was clean and everything was folded nicely. I would highly reccomend coming here and shopping, especially is Alexis is there :)”

“I bought 2 pairs of jeans & 2 packs of socks today. Unfortunately, I'm super picky when it comes to jeans ?... I had THE BEST experience & help from Claudia Gavas! Not only was she folding clothes/straightening up & putting new items out, but she stopped to help find jeans in my size. When they didn't fit quite the way I wanted them to, she went back several times to find jeans that ended up turning out perfect. She was upbeat, friendly, & had the best personality ever! I'm not sure if the other 2 girls were managers or not but they just stood at the front of the store talking. They mentioned a sale to me that was going on, but that was it. Claudia was not only doing EVERYTHING, but she took the time to help me too. Because of her, I will definitely be back! I could tell she was a hard worker & she personally made sure I was able to find what I was looking for. She is a huge asset to the Aeropostale team!!”

“Highly recommend on a mall trip! They have some cute t-shirts, tanks, skirts and very durable jackets! They have a one year return policy so if a button flies off or a zipper breaks you can return it! The quality is worth the price and honestly the staff are wonderful, most wear the clothes they are selling and will know all about the fit. Which in my opinion is a breath of fresh air, I talked with one lady who was wonderful about helping me find the perfect fit for my trip and their sandals? To die for! They are made out of yoga mat material and come in both mens and womens so no one gets left out, the memorial day sale was wonderful I can't recommend it enough❤”

“This has to be the best customer service experience I've ever gotten thanks to Val. I'm not experienced buying Levi's but I went in searching for some jeans. I was getting so frustrated and Val walked over and said, what's wrong. I told her I had no idea what I was doing. She asked me go pick a style I liked and lets start there. She looked at me and gave me 2 sizes to try on. She hit the nail on the head with her first guess! So I saw another pair I liked and got the same size, she said no, try those on because they are cut differently and may be too short. Guess what, they were too short. This young lady knows her stuff and is an asset to this store. She was patient, friendly, helpful and just amaxing. Way to go Val, and thank you!”

“Exceptionally assistive polite staff that was far different from what I experienced at their Crabtree store. The two guys working there the Saturday before last were great. I mainly dealt with Chris though. We engaged in some small talk. I got a good deal on full retail merchandise at the store, which they had a good selection of. Will plan to visit again soon.”
“Cato's is a place that I can always find something that I want. The associates are so knowledgeable about the merchandise that is there . The styles that Cato's carries seems to be right on target with what is very fashionable at that time. They also carry scarves, belts, shoes, and jewelry. All items are reasonably priced. They constantly are marking down merchandise too. Their hours are generally 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. every day.”

“This store was very clean and the employees went out of there way to help customers. I was on my scooter since I have trouble walking and wasn't able to turn just right to get in through the single door side, do she was kind enough to open the other side for me to get in safely. It was difficult to make turns and get through the clothing to view all items.”

“This is actually Lynn Burrell. The staff is always so kind and helpful. There were so many cute clothes to choose from. It is great living in a small town where people know what you like and have everything ready for you to try on. Wanda and Amy are the best!!!”
