ATM is almost always down. Long lines at the drive through and inside. Worst of the worst places to bank. I only use this bank for one of my accounts because they have em in all the states. Other than that, I absolutely hate doing business here.

I went to the atm deposited $415 being that it was busy I didn’t really look at the amount it confirmed so I hit confirm and receipt text and as I was pulling away I immediately saw that it was 315. I called 10 minutes later made the claim and was credited the hundred missing three weeks later they take the credit and said it was my fault for confirming I would give no stars if I could.

2/24/23: I was waiting in line patiently with my husband and as soon as we were next, the lady left the counter while the lady beside us helped over people. She didn't service us either so we were ignored. There was one other lady that later came out and just sat next to one other employee working the drive thru and she made eye contact with me but did not help me. We both left and I am officially canceling my account with them cause this happens every single time.
