I recommend not buying items online because if there is a problem with the product you order, it is difficult to return it since the physical stores are disassociated with the "online" products of the same Walmart supermarket chain, and other payments cannot be used. in store like google pay or apple pay.

I hate that they closed so many self check out lines and won't open any more registers with cashiers. The poor guy in electronics looks exhausted by the time he checks out the long line of people who refuse to go to the front of the store.

If there was a 2.5 stars, I would give it that. Right after renovations, the store started to decline again in cleanliness and organization. Almost every employee I run across is on his/her phone or staring at it. One of the last times I was there, my 5 ft and outstretched arm couldn't reach a 2L bottle of soda I wanted. There were TWO young employees standing not 2 and 3 ft away from me...on their phones-and they were not shoppers. Put the phones away during work hours.

Normally no problems at all with the pharmacy and the staff. Today, on a Sunday afternoon, for some unknown reason, as I was standing in line to pick up my meds, I was informed that they were closed. Normal Sunday hours are 10-6.

CO worker seem more interested in talking to each other instead of helping people. Only one that force to do there job is the receipt checker. Had 3 coworker watch me check out I only had two items they talked about school.

Writing yet another bad review for this store. I placed an order for grocery pick up got home unloaded everything to find all the meat I ordered was rotten to the point I could smell it through the bag it was in. I request a refund online thankfully I was able to get a refund without driving back to the store. I was also missing multiple items with out replacements. I called the store to try to worn them that maybe their coolers are bad or something. Someone in electronics answered my call and I asked to speak with a manager her reply we don’t have one available extremely rude and I explained to her she didn’t need to have an attitude her reply what ever and then hung up on me. I called back and was given a number to someone at grocery pick up who said she would look into everything and also hung up the phone. This store absolutely lacks customer service skills. I called corporate office and reported the incident.
