Don't get meds delivered from there. They just show up as "out for delivery" and never appear. Maybe Uber drivers are stealing them, idk? The people behind the counter are nice.

This Walgreens is terrible I have been sitting behind a Kia that must be also waiting for prescription for 45 minutesIf prescription is not ready leave and come back. Very frustrating

Called on Thursday to get a sick child prescription transferred since primary pharmacy didn’t have it in stock. They told me it would be ready in 2 hours. Finally got around to pick it up on Saturday, they didn’t have any record of it. Told me they must’ve never requested the transfer (what’s a lie cause it showed transferred when I contacted the other pharmacy). They told me It would take an hour for it to be filled. So I sat in my car and waited with a sick child while sick myself. At 1:30 I attempted to pick up (at the hour mark) and they told me that the pharmacist just went on lunch and they could fill it at 2 when the pharmacy got back…I gave up and left without it. Glad it was for symptom management and not something immediately needed. The clearly have no clue what they are doing and looks like I will transfer the meds once again.

Good selection, front of the store associates are great. Pharmacy staff is overworked and occasionally show their frustration with customers. I recently had an appointment for a vaccine. I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and checked in. 25 minutes later, I was still waiting. I inquired about the delay and was immediately taken in for my shot and was told that my check in was not processed as it should have been. I expressed my frustration for the delay to the pharmacy operations manager and he told me that I free to take my business to another pharmacy. And today, I did just that.

Waited in line at the window for over 15 minutes before someone came to help, while others pasted right by and never even said boo! Black women who finally did help me had a look of disgust that I was bothering her! Really bad service today!

I have had horrible experiences with this pharmacy until tonight. Josh,Shanar and Jeremy went above and beyond. I called Walgreens home office and suggested they have people as dedicated as these three on every shift. Yes, I have had negative experiences with employees ofn this pharmacy before but these three made me see that maybe finding another pharmacy could wait.

This is the second time I have tried to use this pharmacy. I hate it. If the customers prescription is at another store, JUST TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT and send them on their merry way.That's too easy for them. Instead, the clerk comes back with the pharmacist to accuse you of trying to get additional meds, and i quote: "it seems you're trying to get your medication twice, and we can't help you."There is already a claim on your meds, so that's why we didn't dispense them."So while you're standing there with a very confused look like I was, you learn that if they can't just say it's at a different walgreens to uncomplicate the situation then how do you know you got the right meds when you pick up.The second time, my scripts were sent to this location, and I waited a day before I went to pick it up. I got there 10 minutes before closing, and some of my prescriptions were not ready. The clerk kept stressing they were closing in 10 minutes. She wasted most of that time talking instead of just sending the scripts to the 24-hour walgreens. At 1 minute to closing, she finally says "well I could send them to the 24-hour store."I'm never going back, and I will NOT recommend this location. Just read the other reviews.

The communist in the pharmacy refused my medication. Cameras need to be watched. The bully needs to be addressed by management. The man Working in Pharmacy that complimented me after the other Pharmacist disrespected me deserves a pat on the back a raise and a "i am proud of you" from upper management. I will never go here again.

I have used Walgreens for years. You can have a prescription, if you have the bottle, refilled if you are out of town, medicine ? may be refilled .

The pharmacy tech named Mkenna is very rude!!! I asked a simple question and she had a bad attitude like as if I'm wasting her time! She is the one working there, if she hates it so much how about quitting!? Us customers deserve to be treated with respect! Had such a terrible experience and she is lazy. Such a bad person she didn't even say you're welcome or anything
