Wow. I have filled my prescriptions with many Walgreens over the years and never have I felt so disrespected in my life. This location refused to fill my prescription even though my local (Wilmington) Walgreens recommended that I come here and my son and his mother have been getting their prescriptions filled here for over a decade. At first the pharmacy tech said they "couldn't read" the prescription(absurd) and she argued with me that it didn't say what it said - then Brooke says it is because it's "from so far away" and "it is supposed to be done electronically". I tried explaining to her I am leaving that's why I am here and not getting it in Wilmington and that they just filled it last month and they told me to come here(I even have the prescription/bottle in my possession). I really do not understand what just happened? Talk about feeling embarrassed and disrespected - with a line of people behind me all listening to the conversation. ? I am headed out of state early tomorrow and I need my medicine before I leave. They offered to "call them tomorrow" but by the time that happens I will already be gone. My family has had tens of thousands of dollars in prescriptions filled at this location. HAD. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Appalling customer service experience.

Customer service in the Pharmacy is lacking; don't think anyone in management is having that conversation with the pharmacist or the techs.
A business that focuses on customers would call around FOR you when they fail to deliver as promised; not tell you who else who YOU can call.
Won't be using this pharmacy.

STAY AWAY from this pharmacy!!!They are not organized at all. Will have you waiting hours just for them to say they don’t have your prescribed medicine in stock!

4/15/23: We stopped by to get a birthday card and gift card really quickly. This is our first visit here. Cashier was very friendly. It was easy to find what we needed quickly & the price was decent for the card. There was plenty of parking available. We were in and out very quickly. I recommend this location.

Did the online photo printing feature which is great here. Got to the store this morning and picked up my photo and realized I had cropped out a couple of my grandsons from the pic. Lisa that works here grabbed the photo and immediately started to work on the issue but the system crashed! So she made sure she had my number dns told me she'd call me when she had it corrected. Within an hour I got my call that it had been corrected and was ready. Lisa thanks for stepping up and doing that so willingly!! Walgreens you need to take good care of employees like Lisa!!

I just tried to call in (like I do and have done for months) the insurance info off the GoodRx discount card I found online for one of my scripts. I was told that I now have to come in and give that information in person. So, instead of taking down the numbers found on the card - this is not privileged information - over the phone to save time and to protect myself, I now have to go in the store during a pandemic and risk getting sick to give them the info they refused to take over the phone like they've done so many times before. The goal was to avoid public places and crowds yet I have my pharmacy forcing me to do just the opposite. I've overlooked the long waits, the unfriendliness, the over-worked staff in my past visits...but this one can't be fixed. I will most likely find a new pharmacy because of this.

Terrible Customer Service, disorganized and does not appear clean. Some of the prescription bags were laying all over the floor instead of in bins. The people act like they don't want to be there, I had to dig to get information from them otherwise they just don't even say anything to you (2 different associates at drop off an pick up both treated me that way). I had a prescription transferred here (I brought in my bottle for the information) When I picked up the refill, my prescription was not what it should have been (not sure if their fault or the transferring pharmacy or a miscommunication between the two) and I was dismissed like it was not their problem, offered no help at all. The Walgreen's person even said that I should dig through my garbage to find the vial I discarded after I showed it to them for the transfer. I called the other pharmacy and they helped me understand what may have happened and said they were so sorry it happened. Just completely disappointed and will never go back to Walgreen's.

Called today about a prescription and was really rushed by the lady. Told me Medicare would NOT accept another prescription from another drug store. I called Medicare and they told me she was wrong. She was not helpful at all. Wanted off of the phone....
