The Twisted Willow Boutique is a unique store in a wonderfully restored 120-year-old downtown building in Smithfield, featuring original bricks and beams. It is filled with antiques, farmhouse and boho items, unique gifts, furniture, repurposed furniture, primitives, antique church pews, church items, and whiskey barrel items. The store offers a vast selection of old and new unique treasures, one-of-a-kind items, and gorgeous pieces of vintage furniture across 3300 square feet. The owners are exceptionally kind, hospitable, and down-to-earth, making visitors feel welcome. The store provides an enjoyable experience in a relaxing atmosphere with very reasonable prices. It is a favorite destination, considered worth a special trip, and highly recommended for its perfect vibe and many delightful things. Items sell quickly, so it is best to purchase desired pieces immediately.

What a true gem of a place! Enjoyed a nice leisure Saturday checking out a "new to us" shop. The owners are most friendly and hospitable, very welcoming. Don't pass up the experience of visiting this one of a kind shop. Won't disappoint!

Cute little surprise in Smithfield, NC. Apparently others have discovered it; some of their benches were featured on the Walking Dead TV show. Very unique, one-of-a-kind items. Prices vary, so don't write this off. Terry was exceptionally kind and hospitable. Adding to my list of places to return to. 🤗🤗🤗
