Guy that owns the store makes up fees to charge customers to pickup their packages shipped through greyhound. They are also illegally selling loose cigarettes and wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't other illegal activity going on

Ordered a package through greyhound express that arrived there since they are a "bus station." The location did not notify me that the package arrived until I went there looking for it 9 days later. Owner of the store made up a $15 per day storage "policy" to charge me $135 (plus tax) to "store" my package there while it awaited pickup. This is illegal. They were also illegally selling loose cigarettes to locals through a walk-up window. This place is such a hellhole I can't believe it's even open to the public.
