I don’t remember who was working here on 8/29 I think it was Connor or something but he was extremely rude and any questions you asked him he would ignore you then if we ask him multiple times then he would answer you. He was extremely rude and I wouldn’t have expected that from a T-mobile considering I’ve been with them for over 20 years now!!

We have whole house wi-fi and phone service with T-Mobile everytime we have gone to this store the service has been great ,Alexus store mgr is very helpful and professional .

If i could give more Stars I would. Billing plan was changed and being way over charged. Called customer service and they gave me the run around and told me it was nothing they could do and to go into the store. Drove 25 mins to find out it was something I could have done at home if I had the right rep on the phone was told to call again and the second guy tried to give me the run around too. But Jennifer to the rescue. Got things done and corrected the customer service rep that was also trying to give her the wrong information. Issue not fully resolved but Jennifer definitely needs a raise and my go to for honest and professional services ??

Very happy with my experience! Alyssa was polite and courteous and helped me in a professional and timely manner. She is definitely one of the many reasons T-mobile is #1 in customer service!

Store associates were courteous & prompt in addressing the matter that caused me to have to go in store, but ordering a phone & not receiving it after 15 business days & 22 days total. Only to find out the device was already activated with a store & dealer code bit never shipped from T-Mobile.

If Anyone getting Internet service do not use T-Mobile they lie to you about everything. They send you stuff that you don’t ask for. They auto draft your account without your permission. T-Mobile is the Worest internet company to deal with. Even when you have copies of it. They want accept they said and did it. They lie to you about everything. No two people tells you the same.T- Mobile really sucks.

Short of it- the manager *lied* to us about available stock, even said he would set one aside for us when asked, to get us to drive the 35 minutes to the store.Called the store from Zebulon NC to ask of they had the phone I wanted- AJ told me he had a few of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phones in stock. I asked what colors- he said black. I told him I was 30 to 40 minutes drive from him, and asked him to put one aside for me.35 minutes later we arrive in the store. We wait 15 minutes patiently for the 2 folks working to finish the sales they are making. Then... no. Sorry we have none in stock. They check again because the AJ i spoke to is apparently a manager. They call him- no, he didn't set one aside for us.Guess he thought I'd buy the next phone down. They lost that 1,199.00 sale. We were paying CASH dude. Not using a promotion. Don't lie to folks.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have had Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T in the past and this was by far the best experience I’ve had at any store and any location. I walked in wanting it to be a quick process and was blown away at how fast it was. Zachary was the associate that helped me and he hooked me up quickly and with everything I needed with no pressure to buy anything extra. I got a new phone as well as a new plan and was in and out within 30 minutes 110% happy with the service I received. Every employee seemed happy to be there and I felt as though they really enjoyed their jobs. Always a good feeling when you go into a place of business and the vibes and top tier. I received 5 star service and left very happy. The Smithfield location is not the closest location to me- there is one literally a mile from my house, but I will travel to Smithfield for any future needs without a second thought. The employees were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. You won’t be disappointed coming here.

The young man that helped us (Zack I believe) was very knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing! He helped pick the right plan, transfer everything to a new phone, etc. Nice experience.
