I went today to Sketchers and was well greeted went to buy shoes for my kids and all the sales they had were well explained by Maria she helped me get a great sale for 6 pair of shoes. Great experience with my family in this store on 08/ 14/24 around 6:30pm My husband loves everything about Skechers and he found a lot of items at a great price! Friendly employees from start to finish . From the kind young lady who greeted us with a smile and the amazing register associate ( 128504) that was helpful, happy, knowledgeable & professional she made us aware that we were eligible for a store discount because of a rewards program we have that Skechers honors plus a discount for be on the military ! I’m sure we will go back ! Thank you associate (128504) you handled everything with solid professionalism!!!

I talked to Grant about my sketchers work shoes had been discontinued and I didn’t know what I was going to do because I had surgery on both of my feet due to having fallen arches and I was worried about finding another pair that was going to be comfortable as I’m on my feet most of the time for 10 hours. He recommended the work max cushioning and they worked fabulous my very first 10 hour shift with NO breaking in issues at all! Comfortable from the time I put them on till I got home! Grant was very nice and took quality time with me on this matter! Thank you so much Grant at the Smithfield NC store I couldn’t be more excited about having these wonderful shoes because comfort means a lot on these long work days! Outstanding work young man!

I'm a buyer not a shopper. Outlet Mall Smithfield NC 11am 5/25/24, after standing in middle of store waving my hands in the air for 5 minutes with 3 staff standing behind the counter looking at me and 6 customers in the store I walked out after telling manager on duty who was 1 of the 3 behind counter, That I was going to BUY 2 pair of shoes; yet since they could not be bothered I would do business else where. As a buyer not a shopper your employees just cost you a $200 sale.

Had gone in last Saturday hoping to purchase a pair of new sketchers. The ones I wanted to purchase they ran out of my size. I was told by an employee they had a truck on Tuesday. I then returned that day and they didn't have any sizes of the style. I was not pleased because Saturday I could have driven down to Wilmington but now they don't have any either.

We are at the store now we asked for help but people were rude . We drove for 45 minutes to get here and we were shocked at the way we were treated even the store manager who we spoke to just left without helping us . Really bad costumer service

Today I went into sketchers just to look around and ended up coming out with two pairs of shoes. The customer service is what made me buy the new slip ins shoes because you buy one and get the other 50%. The lady that helped me with my purchase was maria and she did a amazing job telling me the promo and helping me decide on what shoes to get. I will definitely be coming again!!!!
