“Eliane working the cash register and customer service here provided amazing support and I'm happy with her service. She was efficient, attentive and super patient with me. I bought a lot of stuff and paid for it and then realized I had a 10% off coupon that I forgot to use. It was black Friday, one of their busiest days and with not even a hint of hesitation, she went through a return of every single item I had bought and rescanned each of those with the 10% off coupon. That's going above and beyond! It was a 10% drop in what I paid them, but Timberland now earned a customer for life! She's an asset to Timberland!”
“The customer service in this Journeys is far better than the service I’ve gotten in the mall stores. Cher was awesome! If she’s not already a manager, promote this girl!!! I had to return a pair of size 6 Uggs because they were too big and I needed a size 5. She didn’t *think* there would be any available but decided to check for me just in case, and THEY WERE AVAILABLE! I’m so glad she decided to check for me! Also, there was something funky happening with their system for some reason, so she even called support to make sure that my order went through and to relieve me of any concern that my card could have possibly been charged more than once! Thank you, Cher!
