The staff was awesome and super helpful. I needed them grape Iversons and even though you did not have them in stock the manager made sure I got exactly what I needed AND he proce matched. Super happy. Thanks!!!

Great experience with my family in this store on Sunday 6/9/24. My son loves everything Reebok and he found a lot of items at a great price. Friendly employees from start to ‘almost’ finish. From the kind young man who greeted us with a smile and the amazing register associate (953733) that was helpful, happy, knowledgeable & professional. She made us aware that we were eligible for a store discount because of a membership card we have that Reebok honors. We got an extra 15% off our total. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there was a lady(maybe manager/assist??) working the other register listening to our transaction with our associate and consistently asking about our discount and asked our associate SEVERAL times if it coded more than once. It was inappropriate and annoying as the associate told her at least 3 times no, it went through only once. The lady was overly worried about it and made the end of our experience not as good. All in all my son loves his new clothes and I’m sure we will go back. Thank you associate(953733) you handled everything with solid professionalism!

I had such a good experience at this store that I am now officially brand loyal to Reebok. The employee who helped me today was so kind and helpful. She let me shop without interruption but was always available for help as needed. She even went the extra mile to offer an item she thought I might like, and saved me a few bucks. I wish more retail stores had staff like this; she’s a wonderful example of providing an excellent customer experience.

Great prices, many styles and sizes. Purchased really good pairs of shoes for 50% off. I like to get my CrossFit shoes from here, got two good ones. The employees are very helpful and kind.

They had an awesome buy one get one free sale. What made it even better was the original prices were not outrageous. So I felt like we were actually getting a good deal. The employees were extremely nice and very attentive in helping us with our selections. I must say for a Carolina outlet store I was very impressed. Will return with my grandchildren to do more shopping. Highly recommend that you check the store out.

Best sales @the outlet hands down. I always walk out feeling like I just got the best deal around. staff is super friendly and the manager is one really nice guy. I tell people all ty he time if you like Reebok (personally I don't wear them). you can't beat this place. my kids stay fresh with gear from here.
