“Parker Gas to the rescue, for me. We settled on our house in Smithfield, NC in Dec of 2016. The former owner had let his Suburban Propane tank run about empty, and there was a particularly nasty cold spell that December. I called Suburban for about 10 days and they just would promise to come out, not never showed up. We started running electric space heater to save gas. Out of desperation I called Parker Gas and they couldn't have been nicer or responded any quicker. I think they came out that same cold December evening and pulled out the old Suburban tank and put in their tank. They didn't have an above ground tank in stock so they brought me a 250 gallon underground tank and installed it above ground. They wanted to help in any way they could. So I highly recommend Parker Gas. In my opinion, they're the best!”

“At first we had a bad experience with the service at Ferrellgas. However, they absolutely went out of their way to make it up to us and really came through with a gas range install. Steve, a tech with the company, could not have been more nice and helpful. We really appreciated everything that he did!”
